Typographical Errors
In the event that a ABLESALES. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, ABLESALESreserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ABLESALES. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ABLESALES. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A & S Electronics Inc, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

 

Payment

We the Seller Shall supply the order of the buyers willing to buy, the buyer shall made 60% deposit of the total amount before shipment,after confirmation of the 80% deposit payment the seller's, the seller is totally condemned to delivery the buyers order within 3 working days after payment confirmation by the seller.The buyers shall pay the 20% balance within 5 working daysafter the delivery of the items.

A & S Electronics Inc. accepts Western Union,MoneyGram, T/T Bank Transfer, PayPal , Letter Of Credit9(LC) Discover, Master Card, Visa issued in the United States, United Kingdom, Italy, Egpty . A & S Electronics Inc. reserve the right to ask for additional identifications to authenticate payments and shipping or billing addresses. Additional identifications are photo identification, utility statement, and credit card monthly statement.

 

ABLEASALES, also accepts wire transfers, money orders, or cashier's checks, but shipping will be made after the payments have been cleared.

Order Cancellation Policy
Customers (You) may cancel the order anytime before ship out. There will be a penalty fee of 15% of the item price for all orders cancelled. If you cancel the order after the order has been shipped, you are responsible to pay for shipping fees (both ways) and 15% restocking fee of the item price.
If you have already received the order, please refer to our Return Policy.

Returning a defective item
If you received a manufacture defective item, you are responsible to contact Ablesales within 72 hours upon receipt strictly. You may contact us through email. All sales are final after the contact period of 72 hours upon receipt. All returned items must be thoroughly inspected and tested upon receipt in accordance with our inspection criteria. The inspection period may take up to 7 business days after receiving the returned items. ABLESALES should have sole discretion to the credit method, whether to issue a credit, ship replacement merchandise, exchange or repair the returned items.

Disqualified returned items will be returned to you. Please refer to Disqualified Return before contact us.

 

Any returned defective phone: Talk-time should not exceed 30 minutes.
Any returns must be accompanied with original receipt (no copy) and in original packaging with all accessories, including packaging, phone stickers, manuals, software.
All returned items must be in new or like-new condition.

 

Returning a non-defective item
Customers must contact ABLESALES. within 72 hours upon receipt for returning a non-defective item and return the non-defective item within 5 days after the 72 hours contact period. Non-defective items may be returned for store credit or refund subject to 15% restocking fee of the item price with following conditions must be met:

 

Unopened package
Original condition (brand new, NEVER touch, no scratch, as in the condition as we ship)

Other non-defective items in original condition subject to up to 25% restocking fee include:
Failure of network compatibility in the area customers are responsible to contact their service provider for the availability of compatible network in the area prior to purchasing the phone. If unfortunately you have no network due to this reason, you can return the phone with 15% restocking fee of the item price if it is in its original condition.

Failure of setting network features operations and some features are network dependent, such as MMS, GPRS, WAP, and internet services. Ablesales does not guarantee that customers can successfully use those features. Customers are responsible to ensure the item compatibility with their service providers and to contact their service providers for setting those features. Any returns due to this reason will subject to 15% restocking fee of the item price.

Warranty and Return Policy

We are able to deliver product at a discount pricing is because we are parallel importer. We import our product directly from sourcing around the world and it comes with 12 months international warranty

 

The return policy governs any purchase made from us, we offers a 7 Days Return Policy for defective items from the date of arrival DOA(Dead on Arrival) at your location. Any item that will be return to us for changes or refund of money must have the original packaging and accessories.

 

Disqualified Return
Please do not return your order if any one of the following terms met or your return will be returned to you.

Physical damaged items
Any items were flashed by any software
Mismatching serial number on item and invoiceAll our product are brand new item not refurbish or used.

 

Discrepancy items
Any marks, sticker, scratches, on the items or the packaging. Please do not write or post stickers on the manufacturer box
Any orders failed to comply with the Return Inspection

Return Instructions

All package returned must be accompanied by the original receipt, all packaging, manuals, accessories in the original manufacturer equipped box, including phone stickers, plastic bags. Customers are responsible to buy insurance and ship the merchandise properly. If the return package is not pack properly and merchandise is scratched or broken due to this reason, A & S Electronics Inc will not accept the return and customers are responsible to pay for all shipping fees. If the returned package is lost in shipping, customers are responsible to contact A & S Electronics Inc. and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Policy
Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days after payment received if an order could not be shipped during this period, you will be contacted and informed the reason for such situation. Such delay may be caused by unavailability of ordered item(s) or unverifiable orders. Please contact us for availability of specific item(s) before and after processing your payment.

Customers may select delivery services by UPS only. UPS shipping methods include Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Ground. It may take up to 6 business days in transit for UPS Ground services after your order has been shipped (not received). Customers are responsible to pay for shipping fees. Customers are also responsible for providing a correct address, if the shipping address is incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, customers are responsible to pay for any extra costs due to these reasons, including costs for returning the package to A & S Electronics Inc
Customers are not allowed to change the shipping address. In the case that customers change the address without permission, customers are responsible for any incurred shipping costs, including delivery intercept and returning shipping costs.

Note: If an insured item were damaged during shipment, the buyer is responsible for reporting such damages to the seller and the shipping company within 48 hours of delivery.
Local pickup is also available. Please contact us for availability and schedule an appointment in advance.

Order Limitation and Refusal Rights Due to extremely quick turnovers of certain popular items, A & S Electronics Inc. may at times have to restrict the number of certain merchandises that you intended to or have already purchased. When certain items are experiencing limited in stocks, A & S Electronics Inc reserves its rights to limit your purchase quantities to a lower amount. During times that you have ordered more quantity than we can supply, we will communicate with you and provide you different options available at that time. We promise you, the customers, that we give our 110% effort to fulfill your order request. However, in all circumstances, A & S Electronics Inc. reserves its rights to refuse any order. Reasons of such refusal will be communicated to you.

Phone Languages

There is no guarantee that the phones will have English manual. There will be no return or exchange if the phone you purchase does not have English manual. We guarantee that English language is available in all of our phones. Please check with us if particular language specification is needed.

 

Network
Operations and some features are network dependent. Please note that the MMS related services are dependent on the network as well as on the compatibility of the devices used and the content formats supported. Please check the availability of MMS, GPRS, WAP, and Internet services with your network operator and/or service provider. Customers are responsible for ensuring this item's compatibility with their network operator / service provider.

Certain mobile phone features are dependent on the capabilities and settings of your service provider's network. Additionally, certain features may not be activated by your service provider, and/or their network settings may limit the feature's functionality. Always contact your service provider about feature availability and functionality. All features, functionality and other product specifications are based upon the latest available information and are believed to be accurate; however such product specifications are subject to change without notice or obligation.

 

1. Network dependent feature, not available in all areas. Airtime, data charges, and/or additional charges may apply. Photo ID and ring tone assignment to the Address Book entries, must be saved on the phone and not the SIM card.
2. All talk and standby times are quoted in Digital Mode, and are approximate. Battery performance depends on network configuration, signal strength, operating temperature, features selected, and voice, data and other application usage patterns.
3. The use of wireless devices and their accessories may be prohibited or restricted in certain areas. Always obey the laws and regulations on the use of these products.
4. Operates in many major cities and countries where GSM network coverage and roaming agreements are present.
5. Push-to-Talk ("PTT") and the other features indicated are network and subscription dependent features, and are not available in all areas. PTT connectivity requires PTT compatible phones.
6. Data transmision speed is approximate and depends on the traffic on the network. Actual speeds will vary, and are often less than the maximum possible.
7. Available user memory varies due to the configuration of the phone, which varies by service provider.
8. This device supports Bluetooth profiles. In order for Bluetooth devices to communicate with one another, they must utilize the same Bluetooth profile.
